I agree that the Organizing Authority(OA), Race (RC) Protest (PC) and Technical Committee (TC), and GYC and their officers, members and servants and sponsors shall bear no responsibility for any loss, damage, injury, or inconvenience to property or persons arising directly or indirectly from instructions, policy or rulings during the race or related activities, and I undertake to indemnify the said organisers, clubs, officers, members and servants against all costs, claims or demands arising from or relating to my entry and participation in any or all races in this Regatta. I have read the Disclaimer of Liability Sections of the Notice of Race and Sailing Instructions and related WS and OSR orders and regulations and confirm I accept and agree to their provisions and that my boat and crew will conform to their requirements throughout the Regatta.
